When you use a calculator or checklist, you may enter planning details such as postcode, project type, business type, budget, timeline or document status. If a contact form is connected, we may collect your name, email, phone number and request details.
How we use information
We use submitted information to prepare planning outputs, respond to requests, improve our tools and, where requested, help route enquiries to relevant providers.
Provider referrals
If you ask to be connected with an installer, contractor, advisor or bookkeeper, we may share the details you submit with a relevant provider. We may receive a referral fee if you choose to work with a provider.
